Welcome to Apache Bows,
My name is Jesse, and I am the founder of Apache Bows. We started out 13 years ago just making very elaborate style bows for fun and because shooting a bow you have just made is so addictive to me, especially if the bow looks like it was made by the elves from Lord of the rings!

Eventually we got noticed by some film industry prop engineers and ended up with some interesting opportunity's to work with some cool projects and were privileged enough to have our Bows and Equipment used in some Movies, Tv series, short films and advertisements.

We Mostly Produce hand crafted Traditional Bows of all styles including Horse Bows, Long Bows and recurve bows. I have tried many Traditional styles,types and brands of trad Bows and Am happy to recommend anything worth buying and catering to every persons budget. 



 

We Make traditional Bows and many different styles some from different materials, some of our most beautiful shapes and designs are made from pvc composite, these bows are the edgy, elegant looking bows with the awesome sweeping curves. they are light, pack plenty of punch and they're beautiful compared to mass produced branded products, these bows make for the best decorational bows, wall mounted or for props, these bows are fuctional works of art once completed, one of my favorites types of bow to make, this is the kind of art we make.

We also like to make traditional long bows made from exotic woods backed with raw hide. This style of bow is what our acestors made and hunted with, ofcourse we dabble with fiberglass backed bows also.

We Organized a contract to bring Jesse in to help Canada Goose and cherokee films make an advertisement for a line of our products and Jackets. The set we worked on was the Mongolian desert and Jesse was the Bowyer and Archery technique advisor.

The Film Industry is a cut throat one, I am the master of props form the team who produced The shannara Chronicles filmed in New Zealand. We had a dead line to meet and Jesse delivered a tall order of bows to us within a very short amount of time and the quality was superb! I was very impressed and you could tell the Bows were made by someone who really knew what they were doing.

Jesse Is an Artist and a Humble crafts man, I was amazed that after weeks of searching, I stumbled upon his work while searching for Bows using a buy and sell website in New Zealand called trade me. His Bows were amazing and exactly what we needed for our movie!
